We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Reinsurance division as a Strategy Analyst who will also provide project management coordination and Chief of Staff support to the Executive Team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, supporting financial and risk analysis, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

What will your job entail?
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis & Business Planning: Support the development of market, portfolio, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions in the reinsurance sector. Support development of insights and recommendations for growth, and risk management discussions with key partners of Ryan Re. Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor KPIs, collate regular KPI driven reporting, and track progress against strategic objectives, including underwriting performance and capital allocation.
- Finance & Risk Analysis: Support financial modeling – to include planning and Reforecasting, scenario analysis, and stress testing for reinsurance portfolios. Assist in evaluating risk exposures and profitability metrics. Collaborate with Finance and Risk teams to produce and collate regular AvE reporting for various stakeholders.
- Project Management Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met. Maintain project plans, task lists, risk registers, and status reports for executive review. Facilitate communication between teams and expedite issues proactively.
- Chief of Staff Support: Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the Executive Team. Manage executive priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings. Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with senior leadership and handling confidential information.
