In this pivotal role, you will support the day to day technical and operational processes that support our brokers and clients. You’ll ensure a smooth workflow from slip preparation to invoicing, tax schedules, and compliance. You will also drive continuous improvements across our operating model—creating stronger processes, elevating service standards, and helping to build a resilient, scalable broking operation.

Location: London - UK - Fenchurch

What you’ll do:

  • Optimize operational workflows to boost accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory, reporting, and internal governance requirements.
  • Manage key technical processes, including signed lines, invoicing, tax schedules, and other core London Market documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with brokers, clients, carriers, and third parties to maintain smooth placement and post-placement operations.
  • Support team performance, contributing to KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives as the new broking team grows.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar London Market technical or operations role, ideally within Financial or Professional Lines.
  • Working knowledge of London Market systems, platforms, and processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and core market processing tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
