The Senior Manager, Sales Reporting & Insights is responsible for transforming sales data into actionable intelligence that drives revenue growth and operational excellence. This role oversees the design, governance, and delivery of comprehensive sales reporting, analytics, and performance metrics across Salesforce and other platforms. Working closely with regional sales leaders, Global Clients and Markets team members, and other cross-functional stakeholders, this role will provide insights that influence executive decision-making and enable data-driven growth.
Duties and Responsibilities, aligned with Key Results:- People
- Lead a high-performing team with a focus on fostering a positive team member experience, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Salesforce team to implement enhancements required to achieve reporting objectives.
- Work closely with regional counterparts to ensure global consistency in reporting standards, share best practices, and collaborate on cross-region initiatives that drive firmwide sales insights and operational excellence.
- Partner with Global Clients and Markets team members on data cleansing and enrichment initiatives.

- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to internal clients, including sales leadership and executive teams.
- Support leadership with reporting needs for external stakeholders.
- Partner with client-facing teams to ensure reporting supports business development and account management strategies.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce and Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain Sales team member performance dashboards and reporting.
- Define and monitor key sales metrics to drive forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards across Salesforce and reporting platforms.
- Lead data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to improve data quality and reliability.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on trend analysis and performance drivers.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 7 or more years of experience in Sales Operations, analytics, or related roles; experience in professional services and SaaS preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, Power BI, Databricks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Cloud, and Internet navigation and research.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or other data visualization tools.
- Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to facilitate verbal and written communications across all levels of an organization in both individual and group settings.
- Exhibits expert presence, being comfortable delivering and defending analyses and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates ability to balance the delivery of projects against the realities of limited resources using problem-solving, project management, and creative resourcefulness.

This position supervises employees in the Global Clients and Markets practice and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Firm's policies and applicable laws.
