We are looking for a motivated Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant to join our rapidly expanding group. Working closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead and Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and delivery of our UK Transfer Pricing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the growth strategy for the UK practice, contributing to client engagements and supporting new business initiatives.
  • Assist in business development activities, including preparing materials and supporting proposals.
  • Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients.
  • Conduct functional analysis interviews and support the preparation of high-quality TP deliverables and documentation (Local Files, Master Files, etc.) in line with UK legislation and OECD guidelines.
  • Support cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarking.
  • Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using industry-standard TP databases.
  • Support day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
  • Draft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • ACA-qualified or working towards an equivalent professional certification.
  • Good understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD principles.
  • Exposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous.
  • Experience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysis.
