The Project Manager, EAP Operations will lead operational projects and process improvement initiatives across the EAP region to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalable service delivery. This role partners closely with regional Service Delivery, Operations, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver projects aligned with regional and global business objectives.

Operating in a multi-country, multi-stakeholder environment, this role requires strong project execution skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage complexity while driving measurable operational outcomes.

People:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team member experience across diverse geographies and cultures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and regional leadership) to drive operational improvements and efficiency.
  • Act as a key liaison between regional business units, global teams, and leadership to ensure project alignment and effective execution.
Client:
  • Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and communicate key milestones to stakeholders across EAP.
  • Manage expectations and priorities across multiple internal clients in different countries and time zones.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment by clearly communicating risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of operational projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, risk management, and post-implementation review.
  • Propose and implement process improvements focused on productivity, service quality, scalability, and financial performance.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while proactively managing risks and roadblocks.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regional regulations, and operational best practices across EAP.
  • Drive change management efforts by developing training materials, documentation, and process guidelines to support adoption and sustainability.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Experience working in multi-country or regional (EAP/EMEA/APAC) environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or similar).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
