The Director of Regional Marketing for Europe and Asia Pacific (EAP) is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of customer marketing programs that drive high-quality pipeline, revenue growth, and client engagement across the region. This senior marketing leadership role ensures alignment with overall Regional and Firm-wide objectives by integrating campaigns, channel strategies, and market insights into scalable, impactful marketing initiatives. The Director will serve as a connector between EAP practice leaders and Marketing, ensuring that regional needs and customer voice are reflected in demand generation efforts. This position reports to the Vice President of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities and Experience related to Ryan's Key Results:
- People: Create a positive team experience and foster collaboration across marketing colleagues. Mentor and lead, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth. Coordinate closely with Segment marketing strategy partners and other geographies to deliver a unified Ryan message while tailoring campaigns to EAP regional needs. Champion cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Service Delivery, and Sales Operations teams to align on goals and streamline execution.
- Client: Act as a trusted partner and "connector" between EAP practice leaders and Marketing, ensuring business objectives are translated into effective strategies and campaigns. Partner with Sales and Service Delivery to align marketing programs with pipeline goals, ensuring campaigns support lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and client acquisition. Surface client and prospect needs and map customer journeys, developing briefs that inform campaign planning and execution across Marketing. Translate tax policy changes and competitive insights into targeting, messaging, and new go-to-market opportunities. Create outbound campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs tailored to EAP priorities, aligned with sales objectives and growth opportunities.
- Value: Build scalable, regionally relevant campaigns by identifying commonalities across EAP markets and regional practices. Leverage client insights, tax policy changes, competitive intelligence, and analytics to inform strategies and refine campaigns in iterative cycles. Develop acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies aligned to EAP business objectives. Support sales funnel development and progression from marketing-qualified lead through to closed sale, contributing to revenue and growth targets. Drive sales growth through targeted, regionally aligned marketing strategies.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in customer insights, lifecycle marketing, and campaign activation, ideally within global B2B organizations.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with senior business leaders in a matrixed environment.
- Proven track record translating complex business needs into actionable marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Internet navigation and research. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot). Strong experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce. Working knowledge of SEO, paid search, social media platforms, and ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).
Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license required. No formal certifications required; however, certifications in Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, or Google Ads are a plus. Leadership or digital marketing certifications (e.g., AMA PCM, Pragmatic Institute) are advantageous.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manages a team of demand generation managers and campaign specialists. Responsible for performance management, training, coaching, and resource planning. Provides direction, feedback, and leadership in line with Ryan's values and leadership principles.
Work Environment: Standard indoor working environment. Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer. Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and interface with external vendors as necessary. Independent travel requirement: less than 25%.
