The Business Solutions Specialist will play a key role in supporting innovation, transformation, and technology-enabled business initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for a motivated and tech-savvy professional with experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, and emerging technology solutions.

Working closely with practice areas, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help identify business challenges, gather and refine requirements, support innovation intake processes, and contribute to the development and implementation of workflow automation, process optimization, and AI-enabled solutions.

This role is heavily focused on innovation and transformation rather than traditional process improvement.

The successful candidate will support multiple concurrent initiatives, assist in developing proof-of-concept solutions, and help bridge the gap between business needs and technology-enabled outcomes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (Business, Technology, Operations, Information Systems, or related field preferred)
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, innovation, transformation, operations, or technology-enabled business support roles
  • Experience gathering business requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders is preferred
  • Exposure to workflow automation, operational transformation, or AI-related initiatives is strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting proof-of-concept or pilot initiatives is considered an asset
