Compensation
Compensation for this role is based on 40 Hours.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin Clerk to join our team and provide support to our office.
Working in a fast-paced environment supporting key customer contracts, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks.
These include data entry, updating internal systems, answering phone calls, and other related duties as required.
- Your Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in various internal systems
- Organise and maintain records and files
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and cooperation
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Your Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
