Role Overview: As the Alliance and Partnership Director at RxLogix, you will be crucial in expanding our market presence through strategic collaborations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, recruit, and manage partners—including resellers, service providers, and technology companies—to promote and sell our cutting-edge pharmacovigilance software products. Location: Greater London Area, UK Key Responsibilities: Partner Identification and Recruitment: Conduct market research to identify potential partners aligned with RxLogix\’s vision. Categorize partners based on their expertise, reach, and capabilities. Engage potential partners, communicate our value proposition, and negotiate beneficial collaboration terms. Program Development: Design customized partnership programs for each partner category. Define partner incentives, commissions, and additional benefits. Draft clear collaboration agreements, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Onboarding and Enablement: Develop comprehensive onboarding materials and provide training to partners. Ensure partners understand the features and benefits of our pharmacovigilance software. Equip partners with relevant sales collateral and tools.
