Two main hubs of RxDx are located at Whitefield and Malleswaram, with peripheral branches in Kadugodi and Siddapura. In 2023, we expanded with two new centres, one on the bustling Srjapur Road, Dommasandra Circle and another in the Diamond District, Domlur. In 2024, we expanded our presence in North Bengaluru by inaugurating our newest flagship clinic in Jakkur.

The same year, we set up our first apartment clinic, RxDx Alpine Eco. Including corporate tie-ups, RxDx now operates around 30 medical centres across Bangalore.

Job Summary

The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based treatments for patients referred by Orthopaedic Consultants, General Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals. The role requires expertise in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy (including joint manipulation), and electrotherapeutic modalities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, adaptability in complex cases, and a commitment to patient-centered care. They will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, uphold professional ethics, stay updated on the latest advancements, and contribute to community awareness and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Assessment & Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize manual therapy, joint manipulation, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy. Continuously evaluate and modify treatments based on patient progress.
2. Clinical Excellence & Documentation: Apply advanced technical and clinical skills to manage physical and psychosocial conditions. Maintain accurate patient records for tracking progress and reference.
3. Patient-centred Care & Engagement: Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and colleagues. Encourage treatment adherence by educating patients on long-term benefits. Demonstrate patience, compassion, and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.
4. Collaboration & Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and nursing staff to optimize patient care. Build strong therapeutic relationships and maintain communication with patients’ families. Conduct internal CMEs and case presentations to share insights with peers. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports and staff rosters.
5. Compliance & Professional Conduct: Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions and decision-making. Stay updated on advancements in manual and tech-enabled therapies. Adapt to high-pressure situations and manage complex cases with resilience. Conduct online/offline awareness sessions for communities as a representative of the organization.
6. Business Development & Networking: Contribute articles and videos for blogs, newsletters, and communication materials. Seek client reviews and testimonials to improve services and enhance brand.
7. Home Visits & Rehabilitation: Perform house visits as required. Implement rehabilitation techniques to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Masters/ Bachelors of Physiotherapy
2. At least 2 Years of relevant experience.
3. Strong communication skills, preferably in English and Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi and languages spoken in Southern India is a plus.
4. Proficient in manual therapy, joint manipulation, and electrotherapy.
5. Strong assessment and rehabilitation planning skills.
6. Clear communication and patient education abilities.
7. Empathy, patience, and adaptability in treatment.
8. Effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
9. Strong relationship-building with patients and professionals.
10. Upholds ethical standards and clinical best practices.
11. Stays updated on physiotherapy advancements.
