About the Role
Are you passionate about translating marketing strategies into engaging content? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Join RX Global as a Content & Engagement Manager and become a vital part of our RXUK business unit, working on a portfolio of B2B event expos. This is a key management-level role where you will not only lead content strategy for assigned shows but also drive best practices, mentor peers, and influence content excellence across the entire RXUK portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Creating and distributing marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels (website, email, PPC, social media, and blog).
- Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects.
- Playing a key part in visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaign planning and delivery.
- Creating and managing event and onsite social media plans, including liaising with photographers and videographers.
- Coaching, mentoring, and upskilling peers and junior team members to elevate content creation capabilities across the business.
- Supporting the Content Team Manager and Brand Activation Team Manager with special projects, pilots, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Setting and tracking content KPIs, building testing roadmaps, and sharing performance insights and learnings across the show portfolio to drive continuous improvement.
- Owning and evolving cross-business playbooks, templates, and best practice documentation for content and social media.
- Optimising website content for user journey and SEO optimisation.
- Translating the brand into the live onsite experience for our customers, influencing activation and experience at a portfolio level and working with event teams to support onsite delivery.
Requirements
- Be able to write and edit compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and tone.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Build close working relationships with other teams (both internally and externally) in a matrix structure.
- Demonstrate strong cross-portfolio influence and collaboration across RXUK and adjacent teams.
- Be able to analyse data and use insights to improve content performance.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Be able to manage multiple projects/deadlines/peers and prioritise tasks in a rapidly moving environment.
- Incorporate industry trends into content strategy by staying up to date.
- Have experience with social media platforms and creating content for them.
