About our Team

RX Global aims to create unforgettable experiences for attendees and exhibitors through organizing events. Innovation, creativity, and collaboration drive the company to offer exceptional services to clients.

About the Role

As Creative Team Manager, you will lead a team of designers and take ownership of the creative direction, quality and delivery of visual assets across RX Hub shows. This is not simply a role about managing incoming design requests. You will be responsible for developing Creative as a high-performing capability: setting standards, improving processes, strengthening our brands, developing the team and ensuring creative work is increasingly informed by customer insight and campaign performance. You will balance creative excellence with operational excellence - protecting the quality and distinctiveness of our brands while continually improving how quickly, consistently and effectively creative work can be produced.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of four designers, creating a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear objectives and expectations for the team, actively managing performance, development and accountability against agreed standards.
  • Create an environment in which strong work is recognised, constructive challenge is encouraged and the team has the confidence to innovate.
  • Own creative standards and quality assurance across the portfolio, ensuring work is visually compelling, accessible, audience-centric and aligned with individual brand identities.
  • Contribute to brand reviews and rebrand projects, helping ensure visual identity decisions support long-term brand equity as well as immediate campaign requirements.
  • Develop reusable templates, design systems and creative frameworks that improve consistency and scalability without creating unnecessary uniformity between brands.
  • Partner with Web, Product and Marketing Technology teams to shape the visual experience of websites and other digital customer touchpoints.
  • Own and continually improve the end-to-end Creative workflow, including briefing, prioritisation, production, approvals, delivery, reuse, documentation, governance and Digital Asset Management adoption.

Requirements

  • Strong experience across branding, creative design, digital, video and motion.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing designers or other creative specialists.
  • Ability to move comfortably between creative thinking, marketing strategy and operational delivery.
  • Experience using campaign objectives, audience insight or performance data to inform stronger creative decisions and demonstrate creative effectiveness.
  • Strong project, workflow and prioritisation skills, ideally within a high-volume or multi-brand environment.
  • Experience developing scalable standards, frameworks, toolkits or processes that improve quality and consistency while allowing appropriate flexibility between brands.
  • Experience contributing to website, UX or digital product projects, with an understanding of how brand, design and customer experience come together across digital touchpoints.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across marketing, product and external partner teams.
