Workplace Support Location: 4000 Parkway, Whiteley, Hampshire, PO15 7FL Start: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks Working Days: Monday-Friday Working Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm About the Role We are looking for a proactive and personable Workplace Support professional to join our fast-paced workplace team. Working closely with the wider team, you will help maintain an exceptional workplace environment for one of our prestigious clients. You will build strong internal relationships and engage confidently with key stakeholders, ensuring that every building user and visitor receives a seamless and positive experience. A key part of the role will be delivering a 5-star customer service experience from start to finish, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity and adaptability. Key Responsibilities Support operational excellence across the workplace. Carry out regular building audits and report any issues identified. Assist with issue resolution and follow up on outstanding actions. Support compliance and Health & Safety requirements. Manage the workplace mailbox and respond to queries promptly. Liaise and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and other stakeholders. Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders and building users. Provide professional and approachable support to visitors and colleagues. Assist the Head of Workplace and wider Mitie team with ad-hoc tasks as required. Support other local centres when required. About You We are looking for someone who has: Experience working in a high-intensity customer service environment. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Clear and confident communication skills. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A calm and professional approach when working under pressure. The ability to receive feedback positively and professionally. A genuine team-player attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond. A personable, approachable and professional manner. A flexible and methodical approach to problem-solving. Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate information and identify appropriate solutions. Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours when required. Training will be provided on the CAFM system. Additional Requirements Must be willing to assist Mitie teams at other local centres when required. Must be able to successfully pass the required security clearance.
