About the role:
- Create engaging job advertisements to attract qualified candidates
- Coordinate and conduct interviews to ensure a steady pipeline of talent
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial application to final offer stage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Provide administrative support to field Operations managers as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
About you:
