We are looking for a professional and polished Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for all guests and colleagues, delivering a 5-star service and ensuring a warm, efficient, and secure welcome to the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring smooth and timely check-in.
  • Communicate with internal teams via email/phone and support their requests.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and building knowledge.
  • Provide proactive visual checks of communal areas and report issues via the FM Helpdesk.
  • Support colleagues across the FM team and promote best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security procedures at all times.

About You

  • Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive in your approach.
  • Knowledge of local transport and amenities is an advantage.

The hours will be 40 hours a week but will need to be flexible to accommodate holiday and sick leave within your team.

Essential Requirements

  • Professional appearance and well-groomed at all times (front-of-house standard).
  • Excellent customer service skills with a warm, welcoming manner.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for speaking with visitors, staff, and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area efficiently.
  • Attention to detail when checking visitors in and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support business needs.
  • Comfortable using email, phone systems, and visitor management software.
  • Understanding of basic Health & Safety and site security protocols.
  • Ability to work well within the wider FM team and support colleagues proactively.
