We are currently recruiting for 4 experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Peterborough. We have 2 positions available on day shifts and 2 positions available on night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and experienced forklift drivers looking for a long-term role with genuine temp-to-perm potential.

To be considered for the role, candidates must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and have previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, logistics or similar environment.

  • DAY SHIFT: 07:00–19:00
  • NIGHT SHIFT: 19:00–07:00
  • SHIFT PATTERN: 4 days on / 4 days off
  • START DATE: 7 September 2026
  • CONTRACT: Temporary to Permanent
  • LOCATION: Kingston Park Flaxley Road Peterborough PE2 9FT

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck within the warehouse environment. The role will involve loading and unloading vehicles, moving stock and materials around the warehouse, putting away and retrieving goods and supporting the wider warehouse operation.

You will be expected to operate the forklift safely and efficiently while following all site Health and Safety procedures. You will also be responsible for completing daily equipment checks, reporting any defects or issues and ensuring goods are handled carefully to prevent damage.
