We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor (ER Specialist) to support a busy operational environment on a 14-week temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, work at pace, and confidently manage complex ER cases from start to finish. You will be supporting teams within Repairs, Homes, and Operations, who currently have 30+ active ER cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases from initial stages through to resolution
- Provide expert advice on employment law and HR best practice
- Support managers across operational teams with complex ER matters
- Handle high volumes of casework efficiently and professionally
Key Details:
- Pay rate: 25.12 per hour (PAYE)
- Contract: Temporary 14 weeks
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Location: BKH2, Killick Street, London, N1 9FL
- Working pattern: Minimum 2 days per week in the office

- Proven experience as an HR Advisor with a strong ER focus
