Food Service Assistant Location: The Meadows, Owens Farm Drive, Offerton, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK2 5EA Region: North West England Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm About the Role We are looking for a reliable and friendly Food Service Assistant to join our team at The Meadows in Offerton, Stockport. You will support the smooth running of the food service operation, helping to provide a high standard of food service while maintaining excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities * Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages. * Provide friendly and professional service to customers. * Maintain clean, tidy, and hygienic food service areas. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures. * Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and service areas. * Replenish food, drinks, and supplies when required. * Work effectively as part of a team. * Support colleagues with general food service duties as required. Requirements * Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work well as part of a team. * Good standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene. * Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential. Working Hours & Pay * 10:00 am – 6:00 pm * 5 days out of 7 * £12.71 per hour + holiday pay * Weekend working may be required as part of the 5-day rota.
