recruiting for an Estate Operations Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients.

This is a 39-week temporary assignment based in Kings Cross, London (N1 9FL), offering £20.88 per hour (PAYE).

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality estate management services, carrying out estate inspections, managing contractor performance, overseeing repairs and fire safety actions, supporting resident engagement, and ensuring excellent customer service across the estate.

You'll also work closely with the Estate Operations Manager to drive service improvements and maintain high standards.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in estate or property management, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage contractors and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
