About the role

RX France is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its UK-based Sales team, supporting the Real Estate portfolio of flagship events including MIPIM and MAPIC. The role focuses on driving high levels of sales performance and customer satisfaction through a consultative, insight-led approach. As a trusted advisor, the Key Account Manager will work closely with clients attending, exhibiting, and sponsoring events, providing expert industry knowledge, best practice guidance, and strategic advice across B2B and trade marketing to help clients maximise value and think beyond traditional solutions. The role involves selling event space, sponsorships, and ancillary media, managing a defined territory or account base, and operating within an overall sales plan. This position offers significant client interaction, international travel, and the opportunity to work on some of the world's most prestigious real estate and investment events, with scope to support and mentor junior team members as required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against agreed commercial goals and revenue targets
  • Manage and grow key accounts through a strategic, consultative approach
  • Sell partnership packages and solutions across events and exhibitions
  • Identify and engage new organisations where our products can add value
  • Build opportunities for cross‐selling and new business development
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and consistent CRM usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‐quality client delivery and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales or account management role, selling products or solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and sales targets
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer‐focused mindset
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Confidence in reporting figures accurately and on time
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required (with reasonable adjustments supported)
  • Experience in the events and/or real estate sectors is beneficial, but not essential
