Overview
In this role you will lead the Talent & Capability COE for RX, aligning talent solutions with divisional priorities.
You’ll partner with RX business and HR leadership to elevate manager capability and build a strong leadership pipeline.
You will drive high-impact talent programs, governance, and data-driven outcomes across geographies.
This is a strategic, cross-functional role that shapes the talent agenda to support business transformation and performance.
You will collaborate with global HR to deliver a compelling RX narrative and measurable value.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement Talent & Capability approaches aligned to RX objectives
- Advocate and implement RELX leadership and development programs within RX to elevate manager capability and culture
- Represent RX needs in RELX-wide T&C discussions and ensure initiatives are integrated with business goals
- Coordinate RELX Talent Review with leaders to identify critical roles, readiness, and succession pipelines
- Drive a culture of feedback and recognition to improve employee experience and business outcomes
- Manage divisional training plan and budget for T&C categories, monitor non-T&C spend
- Promote data-driven monitoring of talent initiatives and user experience
- Ensure integrated, high-value outcomes with a clear RX narrative
