About The Role: As an Event Operations Executive, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our events in Germany. You will be responsible for the operational planning and execution of exhibitions, ensuring a seamless experience for exhibitors, visitors, and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate crossâfunctionally with sales, marketing and external partners, ensuring that all operational elements are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute operational aspects of exhibitions and events from concept to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external suppliers (venues, stand builders, logistics partners)
- Manage exhibitor services, including manuals, order forms and onâsite support
- Oversee floorplans, space allocation and onâsite logistics
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost control
- Conduct postâevent analysis, including surveys and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes and tools
Requirements:
- First experience in event operations, project management, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Handsâon mentality and willingness to support onâsite during events
- Strong communication skills in German and English (min. B2/C1)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event tools is a plus
