As the Chief of Staff to the CEOs of the Transform division, you will be a pivotal senior executive, serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You are the operational engine that ensures the CEOs' vision is translated into action and results. Your role is critical in driving business productivity and efficiency by orchestrating strategic initiatives, overseeing key programs, and ensuring seamless communication across all departments. You will help steer the daily operations of the division, empower the executive team, and be a key force in achieving our ambitious organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEOs and the senior leadership team, providing insights to guide decision-making, program management, and the execution of new initiatives. Partner with the CEOs to architect the Transform division's strategy and ensure its successful implementation through the wider Senior Leadership Team. Drive M&A strategy by identifying and appraising potential acquisitions in partnership with the M&A team to accelerate growth. Ensure the division remains on track to meet and exceed its strategic and financial objectives.
- Operational Excellence & Performance: Collaborate with Operational Excellence teams to continuously refine working methods and optimize organizational procedures for maximum efficiency and productivity. Partner with Finance teams to proactively manage P&Ls, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring financial discipline and strategic resource allocation. Work alongside HR Business Partners to build, scale, and champion a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Executive Partnership & Communication: Act as a central communication liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEOs, ensuring a consistent and efficient flow of information across the organization. Oversee and lead critical business initiatives and special projects from conception through to successful execution. Deputize for and represent the CEOs, maintaining operational momentum and strategic direction in their absence.
Skills & Experience Qualifications
- Significant proven experience in a business management, strategy, or executive-level advisory role within a fast-paced, global organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and M&A activities.
- A strong background in program and project management, with a proven ability to lead large, cross-functional projects to successful completion.
- Experience in policy development and implementation within a corporate framework.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
