The Paid Social Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social activity across key platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, and additional channels as appropriate, in order to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline growth for RWS. Operating within a modern, performance-led Growth Marketing function, this role focuses on using paid social as a scalable demand generation channel — influencing buying groups across the full funnel, from early awareness through to lead generation and opportunity creation. The Paid Social Specialist works closely with the Head of Paid Media to execute paid media strategy, partner with Campaign Managers on growth initiatives, and continuously test and optimize creative, audiences, and formats to improve performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion, engagement, and user journeys.
  • Identify friction points and drop-offs; implement improvements (layout, messaging, CTAs, forms).
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests, from setup to analysis and insights.
  • Monitor performance metrics and turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Campaigns, Paid Media, SEO, and Lifecycle teams to improve conversion paths.
  • Support personalization initiatives and ensure proper testing and implementation.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in CRO, digital optimization, or performance marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience working B2B.
  • Hands-on A/B testing and website analytics experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of user behavior.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and conversion best practices.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and data-driven mindset.
