We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support two key projects focused on improving and simplifying operational workflows. In addition, this role will play a critical part in enabling delivery, working closely with Tech Leads, Project Management, the Change Manager, and wider project teams to ensure progress is maintained using Agile ways of working, and that both business and technical teams have the clarity, inputs, and alignment needed to deliver on time. This is an ideal role for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating at the intersection of business operations, technology, and change.

About Product & Technology: Product & Technology plays a pivotal role in aligning the organization with its strategic objectives and enhancing shareholder value. Product & Technology is responsible for establishing unified standards and governance practices throughout the company. Additionally, we oversee the development and maintenance of core applications essential for the seamless operation of various functions across the organization. We are committed to driving and executing future roadmaps that are in line with the overall strategic direction of RWS. With a global reach, Product & Technology provides support services to over 7500 end users worldwide. We take pride in managing the information security operation and safeguarding all our assets. Our core functions encompass Enterprise & Technical Architecture, Network & Voice, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Service Operations, Data & Analytics, Security & Quality Compliance, Transformation, Application Development, and Enterprise Platforms. With a dedicated team of over 500 staff, Product & Technology ensures a strong presence across all regions, enabling efficient and effective support to our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of end-to-end process maps across two projects, capturing both current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) workflows.
  • Facilitate discovery and validation sessions with stakeholders to accurately capture real-world processes.
  • Translate complex processes into clear, structured visual artefacts (e.g., BPMN, swimlanes) using tools such as Visio.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for simplification or standardisation.
  • Ensure process maps are consistent, version-controlled, and aligned across both programmes of work.

Delivery & Agile Ways of Working:

  • Work with Tech Leads and project teams to break down requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Support Agile ceremonies (e.g., backlog refinement, stand-ups) to help maintain momentum and clarity.
  • Help ensure requirements, dependencies, and decisions are clearly captured and understood.
  • Proactively unblock progress by identifying missing information or misalignment between teams.
  • Support prioritisation to ensure focus remains on critical delivery milestones.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in process mapping (e.g., BPMN, swimlanes, workflow diagrams).
  • Strong ability to translate complex workflows into clear, visual representations.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and document system interactions, triggers, and dependencies.
  • Proficiency in Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar tools, and MS Office.
