Overview
In this role, you support the Commercial organization by calculating and administering commission and bonus schemes, while ensuring accurate, timely payments and reliable reporting. You will work with Sales and Finance to maintain data integrity and deliver dashboards on Sisense, contributing to continuous process improvements. You collaborate across the Sales Operations team and broader business to uphold high data quality and efficient compensation processes. This is an opportunity to impact how incentives align with business performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and submit commission and bonus payments on strict deadlines
- Communicate targets and compensation statements promptly
- Produce and collate compensation documentation
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and reporting across platforms
- Ensure data integrity and consistency of corporate data
- Respond to queries professionally and timely
- Review processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Build strong relationships within the Commercial organization and across the business
Key requirements
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning or other CRM systems
- Knowledge of BI platforms (e.g., Sisense)
- Experience with large data volumes
- Degree-level education
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Good team player with ability to work independently
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Previous experience in a fast-moving, sales-oriented company
