Join RWS Group as a Senior Product Manager where you will shape the future of our IP Tech Transfer services and software products. In this newly created product line, you’ll work from concept through to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver solutions that enable patent attorneys, inventors and corporations to manage patent workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends.
- Own customer engagement and market research: identify needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to prioritize product requirements and drive the product development process.
- Collaborate with UX/UI to create intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces.
- Utilize data‑driven insights to make informed decisions, measure product performance, and optimize user engagement.
- Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and support strategies.
- Maintain product roadmap, milestones, release schedules, and release notes.
- Support commercial pricing strategy, GTM, messaging, and market‑facing collateral.
- Champion IP Tech Transfer as a thought leader at conferences and within the Product Management community.
- Partner with technology and operations teams to transition releases to customers.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced IP legal or product management qualifications preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience launching and scaling service or software products.
- Strong technical background and deep understanding of software development processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence teams.
- Strategic and problem‑solving mindset.
- Familiarity with industry and technology trends, including generative AI solutions.
- Self‑starter who can develop and maintain logical work plans.
