As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and shaping the future of our IP Tech Transfer services and software products. This role is hands-on. You'll be close to both clients and stakeholders; defining success for your products - working with AI enabled developers to experiment, rapidly iterate and drive out ambiguity so we can build successful products at pace. You'll be great at partnering with UX, defining & prioritising requirements. You'll have access to the AI tools that you need so we can minimise the number of hand-offs from client to code. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, customer focus, and strategic thinking. Familiarity with the IP Market or experience in large corporate R&D departments would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own a product area covering both existing products and new AI-enabled opportunities.
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
- Turn business goals and customer problems into clear priorities, roadmaps, and product decisions.
- Lead discovery and experimentation for new product opportunities, including prototyping and customer co-creation.
- Improve core products by identifying opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, adoption, and commercial value.
- Partner closely with engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, technically sound solutions.
- Work with AI-enabled teams to shape trustworthy human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Use customer insight, usage data, and commercial understanding to guide decisions and trade-offs.
- Support launches, adoption, and customer communication with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, workflow software, platform products, or tech-enabled services.
- Experience across both core product management and new product development.
- Strong discovery skills and the ability to turn user insight into product direction.
- Good technical fluency and confidence working closely with engineers on software, data, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience working with generative AI products or AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong UX instincts and experience partnering closely with design.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect user problems to business value.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and able to make clear trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working at pace with low bureaucracy and modern ways of working.
Useful but not essential:
- Experience in legal tech, IP, patents, document-heavy products, or other trust-sensitive domains.
- Experience with workflow automation, case management, or operationally complex products.
