The Delivery Lead is responsible for improving how engineering teams deliver software at scale. The role focuses on developer experience, productivity, tooling, and cross‑team delivery alignment. It acts as the bridge between engineering, product and platform teams, ensuring developers have the right tools, processes and support to deliver high‑quality software efficiently. The person drives work flow, prioritization, roadmap alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple teams while influencing senior stakeholders and shaping long‑term engineering capability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross‑team delivery across ten or more teams, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless collaboration to deliver end‑to‑end outcomes.
- Optimize flow and prioritization by improving work intake, identifying bottlenecks, and restructuring work distribution for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with product leadership to co‑create product roadmaps that align business goals with delivery capacity.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication, providing transparent delivery progress and addressing challenges at a strategic level.
- Drive delivery transformations, assess team structures, and implement changes that enhance high‑impact delivery across multiple teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in Agile delivery, leading teams and programs using Agile methodologies at scale.
- Proven ability to oversee delivery across 10+ teams with aligned priorities and smooth collaboration.
- Strong track record of assessing team structures, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements to enhance delivery performance.
- Leadership in engineering or delivery transformations and embedding modern, best‑practice frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of developer productivity tools, automation, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, platform engineering, and developer tooling ecosystems.
- Expertise in diagnosing bottlenecks and optimizing intake, prioritization, and flow across multiple teams.
- Experience partnering with product leadership to co‑create roadmaps aligned to business goals and delivery capacity.
- Ability to balance competing priorities across teams while maintaining strategic alignment.
- Strong communication skills to influence senior leaders and provide clear, strategic delivery updates.
