Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Work closely with software engineers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and data modelling to support solution design.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and reviews to drive agile delivery.
  • Support testing and validation efforts, including UAT coordination and defect triage.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by presenting findings in a clear and actionable format.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or enterprise environment.
  • Experience in data sourcing, modeling, and entity mapping, with expertise in interpreting and applying business rules that drive data behaviour.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with APIs, data integration, and enterprise systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are advantageous.
  • Experience in Product & Technology industry.
