The PPC Specialist is responsible for the hands-on management, optimisation, and scaling of paid search, display, and programmatic advertising across RWS’s global digital ecosystem. As part of a modern, performance-led Growth Marketing team, this role focuses on capturing high-intent demand, accelerating pipeline creation, and improving efficiency across the paid funnel. The PPC Specialist works closely with the Head of Paid Media to execute channel strategy, test new approaches, and ensure paid investment delivers measurable commercial outcomes. This role plays a critical part in connecting growth campaigns, content, and landing experiences — ensuring paid media drives not just traffic, but qualified demand and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across paid search, display, and programmatic.
- Manage keywords, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget pacing.
- Run continuous testing (ad copy, formats, audiences, bidding) to improve performance.
- Collaborate with CRO and digital teams to optimise landing pages and post-click journeys.
- Align paid media activity with campaigns, ICPs, and funnel stages.
- Track and report on performance (CPC, CPA, conversion rate, pipeline impact).

- Strong experience managing PPC and display campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actions.
