We are currently seeking a highly skilled Freelance Reviewer with native-level proficiency in Scottish Gaelic, fluency in English and experience in the social media industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with big clients and contribute to exciting projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and correct errors in translations
- Review the translation from other partners, fix any issues, flag errors by indicating error category/severity and add a comment on the error found, by filling in a scorecard.
- Arbitrate reviewer and translator feedback
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level fluency in Scottish Gaelic
- Advanced English Language Proficiency (C1-C2 level) – for LQA reporting
- Degree in Translation or Linguistics OR 3 years of translation experience in the exact same language pair
- Experience with CAT tools and terminology management tools
- Excellent communication and writing skills
