Chinese into English Patent Translators for Biochemistry, and in particular genetics
RWS is seeking Chinese into English linguists to join our freelance database and establish a long-term collaboration, delivering high-quality patent translations for the world’s leading technology brands.
We are primarily recruiting for translators with Biochemistry, and in particular genetics experience, but we also welcome applicants with expertise in other Intellectual Property domains.
Job Type: Freelance Collaboration. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide, regardless of location.
Requirements:
• Native-level proficiency in English and Chinese
• University degree in an engineering discipline and/or a degree in translation
• Minimum of 2 years experience in patent translations
• Ability to work with CAT tools and offer MTPE (Trados Studio)
