INTERN SUMMARY
The Shows & Experiences Maintenance Intern will gain valuable and enriching experiences by shadowing Show Supervisors and the UK Rehearsal Director, gaining practical insight into rehearsal leadership, documentation processes, and production delivery. They will develop skills in team management, administrative coordination, and maintaining creative standards through effective documentation. This experience will also provide an understanding of how to translate client vision into consistent, high-quality entertainment products, while contributing to the preservation of legacy show knowledge.
