INTERN SUMMARY
This role supports the smooth delivery of UK Sea Production operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs aligned with Cruise entertainment deliverables. It focuses on coordinating processes, maintaining efficient workflows, and driving continuous improvement across new show production, light entertainment, and immersive experiences. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to support cost, timelines, and elevated service standards, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
