INTERN SUMMARY
The Continuous Improvement Intern, based in Milton Keynes, will support company-wide operational initiatives while gaining exposure to key functions including Finance, BCS, IT, HR, and delivery across land, sea and sports departments. The role involves assisting with process improvement, system implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance. The intern will gain hands-on experience in business operations, system governance, and process optimisation. By the end of the programme, they will deliver a final presentation identifying key inefficiencies and demonstrating their learning and impact.
