Job Description: Stage Manager Type of Employment: Seasonal Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Dates: June 2025 – August 31st, 2025 Salary: £135/day Who We’re Looking For… Provide daily support to all Performers Previous experience with acrobatic show calling Lead and supervise staffing, and mitigate issues daily Perform duties as outlined in the Company Manager Handbook Act as liaison between RWS Leadership and Cast Organize and synthesize technical and artistic information from RWS and the Client Suggest resource utilization and procure additional support as needed Communicate technical and operational needs to General Managers Assist RWS Leadership and Producer with administrative logistics and programming Maintain professional relationships with Client Management, adhering to RWS standards Support Raise Your Experience initiatives throughout the season Oversee and manage Talent to ensure proper and safe performance of all production elements Follow all timelines provided by RWS Producer and Project Manager Prepare and submit Daily Operational Reports Understand and implement safety procedures, including Emergency Action Plans and Injury & Illness Prevention Plans Assist with production needs and perform emergency troubleshooting as needed Care for and track all performance collateral securely Complete all duties satisfactorily and follow the company chain of command Adhere to all safety and infectious disease control protocols Follow RWS Handbook guidelines, including dress code and conduct Ensure talent signs in daily, and follow up on show direction and warm-up procedures Perform other duties as needed Act as Duty Manager and client contact during emergencies, attending daily briefings Diversity and Inclusion Statement Diverse Is Who We Are At RWS Global, diversity is core to our culture.
