Lead the way to an adventure of a lifetime with Marella Cruises! We are currently looking for dynamic, personable, and outgoing individuals with strong leadership experience to join our team. Upcoming self-employed contracts of 4 months onboard with 2 months leave are available.
As a Cruise Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a diverse range of activities and entertainment onboard. This includes production shows, themed events, and managing the ship's daily entertainment schedule. You will also oversee the welfare and management of a diverse team of performers, entertainment hosts, musicians, technicians, and children's hosts.
Experience & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities (mandatory)
- A passion for travel and entertainment
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience
- Full STCW qualifications (or willingness to obtain them)
- Valid ENG1 medical certificate
- Immediate availability
