Overview
Job Title: Coordinator, Production Operations
Reports To: Director, Project Management
Working Hours: Typical office hours are 09:30 to 17:30, Monday – Friday (UK time zone)
Place of Work: UK HQ, Mill Court, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK12 5EU
Other: Fixed Term Contract
Responsibilities
- Contracting & Payout Sheets
- Invoicing including facilitating, tracking & payments, bill backs and updating finance
- Ongoing payroll management for talent
- Forecast Tracking
- Timeline creation & Deadlines – Weekly schedule distribution
- Attendance at production meetings where required
- Wrike Organisation and Setup
- Management & Inventory of Asset Storage
- First Round Screening & Interviews
- Assist with Shipping – Point of contact for vendors and internal procurement team on communication
- Receiving, storage and distribution management for all orders incoming and outgoing
- Prop sourcing and pricing
- All Credit Card Expense Requests & Reconciliation
- Project Management as requested or needed
- Supporting with travel requests
- Supporting with Procurement requests
- Prepare, and be able to put together budgets for all clients and an understanding of budget accountability
- Assist with daily operations
- Land Production team calendar management
- Meeting scheduling
- Track Injury Reports, Daily Operation Reports and PIPs
- Track and follow up on install reports and post-production meetings
- The Coordinator, Production Operations role may involve occasional travel based on business and client requirements
- This position may require occasional work outside of standard hours to meet project deadlines and accommodate client needs

- Excellent interpersonal skills
