About the role

As the Entertainment Technical Manager you will be managing the on‑board technical team and overseeing the delivery and technical needs of the entertainment product in all venues across the ship. For this role you must have a strong technical management background, preferably on board cruise ships. You must have experience in operating sound, lighting and stage equipment and leading a team. You will be highly organised, experienced in creating and managing busy schedules as well as thinkfast and problem‑solving on the spot when things inevitably change. Working closely with the Cruise Director, Assistant Cruise Director and Hotel Director you will ensure the entertainment product onboard is not only delivered but enhances the passenger experience. Experience in enforcing H&S procedures and working with other departments to produce daily and weekly rotas and complete reports in a timely manner is essential. Previous sea‑going experience is essential.
