Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (occasional out-of-hours work may be required)

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Coordinator, Studio & Facilities to oversee our rehearsal studios and performer housing. Reporting to the Manager, Office & Facility Operations, this role ensures smooth studio operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
KEY TASKS
- Oversee facility operations in a fast-paced production environment
- Manage studio calendar, turnarounds, load-ins, and set-ups
- Ensure compliance with studio protocols and safety standards
- Inspect facilities regularly for maintenance needs
- Perform minor repairs as needed
- Maintain inventories of supplies, props, and tech equipment
- Supervise janitorial staff
- Manage performer housing, including move-in and move-out procedures
- Ensure aerial rigs are maintained and tested
- Provide audio support
