RWK Goodman is seeking an ambitious Newly Qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join our growing Swindon team, based in our new regional office hub.

You will work on high quality commercial property matters from day one, supported by an experienced team committed to your development and long term progression.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of Real Estate matters, including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant work
• Lease negotiations and renewals
• Property portfolio management
• Development and investment transactions
• Due diligence and transactional support
• Client relationship management and business development opportunities

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

• Are due to qualify as a solicitor, or have recently qualified
• Have completed a seat in Commercial Property/Real Estate
• Demonstrate strong technical and commercial skills
• Enjoy building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Are proactive, collaborative and ambitious
• Want to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team
