Partner - Real Estate

An opportunity has arisen for a Partner to join our Commercial Property team in London.

We are seeking a candidate to develop clients and contribute to the department\’s growth while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver work efficiently on own files, delegate effectively, ensure profitability, and supervise junior fee earners with regard to file management and time recording.
• Act as the senior lawyer on complex matters, demonstrating recognized expertise in your discipline or sector.
• Build strong relationships with clients and referrers, exceeding service expectations, and support partners in managing larger key clients.
• Manage client review processes and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Expand your expertise into new client sectors or markets to increase market share.
• Lead the creation of thought leadership based on legal, market, or industry changes to attract new opportunities.
• Manage and supervise team work to meet financial and non-financial KPIs, utilizing management information to assess performance.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

• 8+ years PQE at a leading national or regional firm.
• Comprehensive experience in commercial property matters, including development.
