RWK Goodman is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join our growing corporate team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in one of the fastest growing firms in the UK alongside partners who are leaders in their fields with broad experience and backgrounds ranging from home grown talent to regional, national, US and Magic Circle firms. Our highly regarded team is recognised for advising on complex UK and international transactions for clients including corporates, institutional investors, founders and management teams. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate work from day one.
The team works across a variety of sectors, with a material proportion of transactions being in two of the firm’s key sectors, Tech and Health & Social Care.
We're looking for an individual who is eager to build a successful corporate career and who enjoys working as part of a collaborative and high performing team. You'll need to have:
- 1-3 years' PQE gained within a regional or national corporate team
- Experience supporting on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in business development
