The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
To administer and follow the credit control procedures to ensure payment is collected from our clients in line with our payment terms. To support our internal clients on credit control related matters, reduce aged debt, and to improve the cash flow position of RWK Goodman.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients are chased on a daily basis in accordance with our payment terms.
- Liaise with fee earners across the Firm to ensure you have the correct files and information for chasing/reminding external clients.
- Produce statements of accounts to external clients and respond to any requests.
- Regular correspondence with clients to recover outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of all correspondence.
- Responding to client enquiries relating to their invoices or escalating as appropriate.
- Work as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer facing role (face to face or over the phone).
- Previous experience of credit control.
- Basic understanding of credit control process.
- Previous experience of working in a legal/professional services firm.
