Holly is a Senior Associate in the London team who assists both businesses and individuals with all types of employment work in a variety of sectors. She specialises in Employment Tribunal and High Court employment litigation where she is experienced in acting for the Claimant and the Respondent.
Holly has represented clients in complex whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims as well as high-value breach of contract claims. She is also experienced in bringing and defending employment appeals in the appellant courts.
Holly works with clients in a wide breadth of sectors, including the finance, hospitality, retail and technology sectors, and advises both employees and employers. She advises clients on day-to-day employment issues, including negotiated exits, managing long-term sickness absences and disciplinary and grievance processes, and is experienced in drafting a large variety of bespoke employment documents.
