The Training Manager is responsible for leading the IT training team, overseeing project planning and execution, maintaining training programs, and supporting IT applications such as Epic. The role requires knowledge of organizational policies, vendor software updates, curriculum development, and stakeholder communication. The Training Manager manages resources, facilities, and training schedules, ensuring effective training delivery aligned with organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience managing IT/training teams
- Experience with healthcare information systems and application implementation
- Strong training design, communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and motivate stakeholders
- Experience managing staff, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical areas
- Preferred: Master's degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years in healthcare setting managing IT/training teams
- Certifications: Credentialed in at least 2 Epic applications
