This role is ideal for a creative thinker who understands the power of storytelling in driving engagement and conversions across landing pages, emails, social, and everything in between. You\’ll be someone who can harness the power of AI, but knows how to shape content into something original, on-brand, and powerful.

What You\’ll Do

  • Craft engaging, informative, and conversion-driven copy for web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, brochures, and digital ads
  • Feed into and use RWinvest\’s tone of voice to create content that educates, excites, and inspires potential investors
  • Use narrative hooks, unexpected facts, and \”show, don\’t tell\” methods to make complex ideas feel accessible and memorable
  • Craft punchy one-liners to grab attention. Follow with rich, descriptive passages that immerse readers in RWinvest\’s world
  • Use vivid, engaging language that sparks emotion and paints clear pictures

Use AI as a Launchpad

  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity to support ideation, drafting, and editing, but always re-visiting and re-shaping content into something distinctly human and uniquely \”RWinvest.\”
  • Stay ahead of AI trends in copywriting to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing funnel

Optimise, Adapt, and Improve

  • Revise and refine content using data and performance insights to drive better engagement and lead generation

Tell the RWinvest Story

  • Simplify complex property investment topics into accessible, inspiring narratives that resonate with a global audience
  • Contribute to long-form content (investment guides, property brochures and blog articles) that reinforce our market leadership

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with the wider team to create compelling campaigns that tell consistent brand stories
  • Be a proactive voice in brainstorming and creative kick-offs. You will play a key part in bringing our marketing to life

Maintain Quality & Consistency

  • Uphold our brand style guide, tone of voice, and messaging framework across all content
  • Proofread and quality check everything you write (and sometimes others\’ work too)

Requirements

Skills & Experience We\’re Looking For

  • A talent and passion for storytelling
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of tone and content types
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English is essential
  • The ability to produce clear, engaging, and grammatically flawless content that aligns with our brand voice
  • You\’ll understand how to mix tempo and tone, using a storyteller\’s toolkit to keep readers engaged from the first word to the last
  • Experience using AI tools as part of your workflow, but a clear understanding of their limitations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Real estate or investment copywriting experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • Confident communicator who can bring ideas to the table and take feedback constructively
