Overview
RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. To start as soon as possible, full time / part time, permanent. Role is offered on a Full-Time or Part Time (30 Hours) basis. Functional area: Administration.
The Role
We currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to the Development UK team for RWE Onshore, Solar and Storage.
Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining the executive’s diary to include screening enquiries and requests for meetings.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Managing related expenses for the executives.
- Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the executive.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Assisting the manager in preparing for meetings.
- Assisting in the organisation of team events, offsites, workshops and/or conferences.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Processing purchase orders and invoices in SAP.
In addition to supporting managers, their team and departments, you will also have your own personal workload and responsibilities.
Requirements
- In addition to relevant experience and secretarial and administrative knowledge, you’ll need to show evidence of the following:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to present material clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in hybrid / geographically dispersed teams.
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Experience working with MS Office and SAP.
