RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is offering a new opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to the Development UK team for RWE Onshore, Solar and Storage.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising and maintaining the executive’s diary, including screening enquiries and requests for meetings.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Managing related expenses for the executives.
  • Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the executive.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Assisting the manager in preparing for meetings.
  • Assisting in the organisation of team events, offsites, workshops and/or conferences.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices in SAP.

In addition to supporting managers, their team and departments, you will also have your own personal workload and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and secretarial and administrative knowledge.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to present material clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in hybrid/geographically dispersed teams.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
  • Experience working with MS Office and SAP.
